GENERAL CONTEST RULES
The following are basic contest rules applying to any and all contests aired on WZPN FM. Each contest may have its own special qualifications and eligibility rules, in which case a separate list of rules will be available for public inspection.
All WZPN FM contests are open to all listeners, unless a specific age is required and specified by advertising, agency, or by WZPN FM.
All prizes, unless otherwise specified by WZPN FM must be picked up within thirty (30) days from the date won, between regular business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the exception of holidays. The WZPN FM studio and office is located at 4234 North Brandywine Dr., Suite D, Peoria, IL 61614. Holidays are included in the 30 day pick-up period. WZPN FM will not notify winners of time remaining on prizes to be picked up. It is the winner’s responsibility to claim their prize within the time frame.
All prizes not claimed within the 30 day period will become the property of WZPN FM who at their discretion, will award the prize to another listener, either in the same contest, or at a later date and separate contest. An attempt will be made to award all grand prizes, whether claimed by the original winner or not.
All prizes are non-transferable by the winner, unless otherwise authorized by WZPN FM.
WZPN FM is not responsible for any misdirected or wrongly addressed mail in regard to contests, including misdirected mail routing by the postal service or private delivery service.
WZPN FM is not responsible for undelivered email. WZPN FM is not responsible for incorrect information submitted via email contests.
Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS form 1099 or equivalent when they accumulate $600.00 or more in the total value of their prizes throughout the calendar year.
By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to aforementioned contest
